Natural Vision Improvement
Congratulations on finding your way to Natural Vision Improvement!
Did you know …
— that you can exercise your eyes?
— that simple exercises, awareness practices and habit changes can improve and even correct poor vision — at any age?
— that nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, presbyopia (“middle-aged eyes,”) and visual function disorders respond to rehabilitation just like any other bodily ‘injury’?
— that you can re-discover the child-like joy you used to have in looking at the world around you?
Most of us know that proper care of our bodies, our minds, and our spirits helps create and maintain proper health. Naturally, this also includes the health and proper functioning of our vision.
If you or your child are interested in learning how to properly maintain or improve your vision or visual functions, naturally, feel free to call or email.
The Bates Method of Vision Education and learning to improve vision naturally is an educational process to help people take charge of their own vision, and the described therapeutic services are not the practice of medicine, optometry or vision therapy and are not intended to replace the care of a doctor or optometrist.
As a Natural Vision Improvement Educator, I am a coach and educator, not a doctor. I am not an ophthalmologist, an optometrist, nor a medical doctor. I do not diagnose, make medical prescriptions for or claim to cure or treat conditions or diseases, nor do I prescribe corrective lenses. Our purpose is to empower people to help themselves, to facilitate participation, and to support healing, health and wellness. Participation is entirely voluntary and it is up to each individual to form their own opinions and make their own judgments about any information or help they receive.
All Natural Vision Improvement students are explicitly advised to continue to consult their own eye doctor, as appropriate.
